- Photo Proof: To expedite the return process, we may request photo proof of the damaged item or the error in customization. This helps us assess the situation accurately and ensure a swift resolution.
- Return Authorization: Once we have reviewed your case and determined that there was an error on our part or that the item was damaged in transit, we will issue a return authorization. Please do not return the item without receiving this authorization.
- Return Shipping: You will be provided with instructions for returning the item, including the return address and any shipping labels, if applicable. The cost of return shipping for items damaged in transit or due to our error will be covered by us. However, for all other return reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
