Q: What happens if I want changes to the preview?

A: No problem! Let me know any adjustments you'd like, and I’ll revise it until you’re completely satisfied.

Q: When will my order be made after I approve the preview?

A: Once you approve the design, I’ll begin production right away. Most orders are completed within 2–3 business days.

Monograms are traditionally in the order first, LAST, middle with the last name initial being in the center and larger (fLm). I will monogram in the order that is given, so please make sure the order is correct. If you would prefer a different order, be specific about what you want. I will email the name or monogram in a few different fonts. If a font is not specified, I will use my best judgement of what will look good with your monogram. Please let me know if you have a specific choice.

Photo Proof: To expedite the return process, we may request photo proof of the damaged item or the error in customization. Return Authorization: Once we have reviewed your case and determined that there was an error on our part or that the item was damaged in transit, we will issue a return authorization. Please do not return the item without receiving this authorization. 4. Return Shipping: You will be provided with instructions for returning the item, including the return address and any shipping labels, if applicable. The cost of return shipping for items damaged in transit or due to our error will be covered by us. However, for all other return reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 5. Refund or Replacement: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or arrange for a replacement, depending on your preference and item availability. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please Note: * Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted. * Personalized items with errors or damage reported after the 7-day window will not be eligible for return or refund. * Laundered items cannot be returned. Becoming Magical Fairy Designs

When my son was in preschool, I started making embroidered gifts for family and friends. I soon realized that making embroidered gifts was a way to express my creative side that I could not do in my IT job. I started selling a few items to friends and coworkers and decided to start selling at craft shows. I believe that ever gift can be magical to the person opening it and that I wanted to be the Fairy Godmother behind those gifts or designs which lead to Magical Fairy Designs.
